Shipping policy

 

Free standard shipping: Standard shipping is free on all orders to U.S. addresses, with delivery in 5–8 business days.

Where we ship from: All orders ship from Gainesville, Florida.

Processing time: Most orders placed before 3 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Carriers: Standard orders ship by USPS. Expedited orders ship by FedEx or UPS. FedEx and UPS do not deliver on weekends, and expedited services cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; if you choose expedited shipping to a P.O. box, we’ll use the fastest available USPS service instead.

Delivery estimates: Your shipping options and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Where we deliver: We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email hello@ownermanual.net within 15 days of shipment and we’ll make it right.
