Returns Policy

YOUR satisfaction is our #1 priority!   We know it's hard to decide whether you like something until you have physically tried it out.  So, we make returns easy.  You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs for domestic orders if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).   After receiving approval to return an item, it must be returned within 14 calendar days.  After this time, we will assume that you no longer intend to return the item and your return authorization will be cancelled. We must receive all the items from your purchase (including accessories) in order to refund your purchase.  We can not honor returns that are missing components.  

Items that can not be returned include:

  • Items missing components.
  • Items that show use or excessive wear.  

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Unfortunately, we can not reimburse shipping on  the following:
- Foreign Orders
- Orders older than 30 days
- Items that have been destroyed or damaged due to user error.
