Who the heck are you?!

My name is Bernard Elie Naim, and I've been buying and selling owner's manuals since 2010. I've been in the car business my entire life, one way or another, and started out buying automotive owner's manuals. Then I moved on to technical manuals and heavy equipment. I was always frustrated by how hard it was to find manuals, so I wanted to create a one-stop shop where folks could find the technical manuals they need.

Where do you find these?

Anywhere and everywhere. I have signs around town advertising that I buy manuals, and I put advertisements in the local paper (old school, I know). I also buy huge bulk lots from dealerships that have gone out of business. Finally, I bid on storage-unit auctions, and I often find lots of manuals there.

Every manual we sell is in new condition. If it looks used, we don't sell it. Each listing shows the manual's brand. Our inventory is always changing depending on where we are able to source from.

Are these paper manuals?

Yes – these are physical paper manuals that you can hold, smell, and taste (although I don't recommend tasting…).

Do you really have all these in stock?

Yes! I've been doing this since 2010, and I've collected quite a few manuals (as you can see).

Where are you located?

My address is printed right at the bottom of every page of our website. I also have some storage units here in Gainesville where I keep manuals that don't sell as often.

Can I order over the phone?

The last thing I want is to have to write down your credit card number. The best thing to do is order directly through the website.

Can I order in person at your location?

Please don't stop by my house – I'm not always home, and my wife already thinks I work too much. Order on our website – shipping is always free, and the package will appear right on your doorstep.

How long does it take you to ship?

Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days.

Does the pictured black case come with the manual?

You get what's pictured in the product photo. If there's a case, you get a case! (yay!) I often toss in a pen as a way of saying thank you (and couldn't we all use a little more thanks?). The case will either be magnetic or zippered, depending on how big the manual is (the magnetic clasp doesn't close properly if the manual is too thick).

Does this come with ancillary booklets, like a tire care or warranty booklet?

No – only the owner's manual. No ancillary booklets are included (sorry!).

It turns out I didn't need the manual after all – can I return it?

Yes! I don't want you to pay for a manual you don't need. Click the “Contact Us” button on the top menu and let me know you want to return the manual. I accept returns within 30 days of delivery, and you never pay a fee or return shipping. It's the neighborly thing to do.
